General Info

Located at 292 Rochdale Rd, Oldham OL1 2HF, United Kingdom, Wok Noodles, Oldham is one of those fast food spots that locals often talk about when they want something quick, filling, and full of flavour. The place has a relaxed, no-fuss atmosphere that suits both a casual dinner and a late-night food stop. From the moment you step in, the focus is clear: bold flavours, generous portions, and a menu designed for people who enjoy hearty comfort food.

The first thing that caught my attention while browsing the menu was the variety of munch boxes. These are perfect if you want to try a bit of everything without overthinking your order. The Naga Munch Box stands out for its punchy flavour and satisfying mix of items. It’s the kind of dish that feels indulgent but also practical when you’re sharing with friends. Similarly, the Desi Munch Box delivers a rich blend of flavours that feels both comforting and exciting, especially if you enjoy a bit of spice with your quick bite.

Another highlight that many visitors mention in reviews is the Munch Box for 2. As the name suggests, it’s ideal for sharing during dinner. The portion is generous, and it’s a great option if you’re visiting with a friend and want to sample multiple items from the kitchen without ordering several separate dishes. Everything arrives hot and well packed, making it feel like a proper feast rather than just another takeaway meal.

Of course, the menu at Wok Noodles, Oldham isn’t only about munch boxes. The Smash Burger is a favourite among regulars who want something classic but satisfying. It’s simple, hearty, and pairs nicely with other items on the menu. Meanwhile, the Lemon Pepper option offers a lighter but still flavourful choice, balancing tangy citrus notes with savoury seasoning.

One of the things that makes this fast food restaurant convenient is how easy the ordering and payment process is. NFC mobile payments are accepted, which makes grabbing a quick bite smooth and hassle-free. Families also appreciate the kids' menu, making it a practical stop if you’re dining with younger guests.

Whether you’re stopping by for dinner, grabbing late-night food after a long day, or just looking for a quick bite in Oldham, Wok Noodles delivers a straightforward, satisfying experience. The combination of bold dishes like the Naga Munch Box and reliable favourites like the Smash Burger keeps people coming back, and the central location on Rochdale Road makes it easy to visit whenever the craving hits.

“ Beautiful food. I'm a regular n thought I'd finally leave a review cos I've not been disappointed yet. Everything is always fresh and piping hot. Reasonably priced with good discounts online. The flavours of most of the meals are on point. Keep it up! ”

“ I ordered different box's to try out the different flavours and honesly I cant fault their food it was delicious bursting with flavours. Qas hamid whoever you are, their was no need for that disgusting comment putting the bengali community down when majority of restaurant are owned by bengalis with a bengali chef. I understand you probably didn't like the food but putting a whole community down is disgusting. ”

“ I have ordered from Food Time on a few occasions now and it has been consistently good each time and has become one of my family’s favourites in Oldham. I order the monster munch box for two (as seen in image) which consists of 2 smash burgers, a donner stir fry, wings, fries and samosas. The smash burger is a thin smashed patty in a brioche bun with lettuce, cheese and their house sauce. The burger overall is enjoyable but the house sauce is on the sweeter side & I think it could do with maybe some pickle juice to balance out the flavours of the burger but this is just personal preference. The actual patty itself is a good texture and cooked well. The star of the show for me is the naga donner which is a thick good quality donner & not thin strips that become mushy. When I order this meal I always ask for the stir fried donner to have a hint of naga rather than be fully naga as I enjoy the naga flavour but don’t enjoy crazy levels of spice. Food Time have absolutely got the flavour bang on each time and I get hints of naga without feeling like my mouth is on fire. The naga wings have the same flavour as the donner stir fry and again are very enjoyable. The fries are cooked really well and again taste fresh and warm when delivered. The samosas are a decent addition to the box, They are cooked well and are still crispy and warm after being delivered but the filling could do with a bit more spice. The staff are super friendly on the phone even with my awkward naga request and the food is always delivered fresh and hot so they get a 5/5 for service for me. ”

“ Nice food. As someone who is not a fan of smash burgers, their smash burger was nice. Got myself the naga box, Plenty of donner. The only let down was the wings, felt like they were refried wings. Also would have been better if the wings were grilled rather than fried. I like how the burger was wrapped in foil, plus they put foil on the bottom of the box, so it does not get soggy. ”
